A man was killed in a hit-and-run accident near the Flint gas station, police said

FLINT, MI – Police are searching for a vehicle believed to be involved in a hit-and-run crash in Flint that left a man dead Sunday morning.

Michigan State Police described the suspect vehicle as a silver SUV with heavy damage to the front end.

The incident was reported around 6:15 a.m. Sunday, May 5, at the Speedway gas station in the 500 block of South Dort Highway. Police identified the victim as a 43-year-old man from Flint.

Anyone with information about this incident or the suspect vehicle is asked to call Michigan State Police at 810-965-5242.
