Two of the best breakfast truck stops in the US are in Maine and Mass

If you're hungry while traveling in New England, there are two places you need to put on your must-try list. These two rest stops are famous and offer great food at unbeatable prices.

So where are they? One is in Maine and the other is in Massachusetts. Let's talk one at a time since according to there is so much to discuss about each.

First, exit I-95 at Exit 180, Coldbrook Road and enter the town of Hermon, Maine. Right next to the exit you will find a fairly large rest area with a shop, a restaurant, a gas station and everything else you may need on your trip.

Dysart's has an amazing restaurant with fresh baked goods all loaded into an old, mint condition truck and a definite photo opportunity for everyone who comes in. It's almost in Bangor, Maine, a bit up Route I-95, but it's worth it.

Their pie is considered the best pie in Maine, especially the blueberry pie. Campers, RVs and trucks are all welcome. Featuring homemade Maine baked goods, the restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. An average breakfast costs $12.25.

Also, the best rest stop in America is a well-known place in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts called Brody's Diner. With oversized pancake platters and large coffee mugs, with most breakfasts averaging $8.99, Brody's Diner is the place to go for a great meal at a great value.

Located on Route 20, Brody's was also featured on an episode of Jerry Seinfeld's “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.”
