Betty Gallman-Mayer Obituary – Trenton, NJ

Betty Ann Gallman-Mayer TRENTON – Betty Ann Gallman-Mayer, 77, of Trenton celebrated her glory on July 8, 2016 at Capital Health Medical Center Hopewell. Betty was born in Cayce, SC and was educated in the Newberry County School District. She lived briefly in Wilmington, DE before settling in Trenton. She was employed at Circle F Factory and Trenton Window Cleaning and also worked as a housewife, bartender and child care provider. Betty visited the Rising Star Center daily. She was a long-time member of El Bethel Baptist Church before changing her membership to Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. After her parents, James Gallman and Maggie Simmons, passed away, she is survived by her six children, Debra Jones (Leon), Phyllis Mayer, William E. Mayer Jr., Anthony E. Mayer, Jeanette Doctor (Ben) and Annette Memories Johnson (Clifton); loving brother James “Bubble Dog” Gallman; 11 grandchildren, Delicia, Dannyelle, Will, Jabar, Dieisha, Noel, Ryann, Ambrosia, Onyxx, Tonea and Kaliea; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 735 East State Street, Trenton, NJ. Burial will be in Colonial Memorial Park. The consultation hours will take place in the church from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton, NJ.
