This restaurant is the most expensive restaurant in Massachusetts

Massachusetts is home to a wide variety of fantastic restaurants and eateries. With so many great options, it can be difficult to narrow down where to eat out. Maybe you want to enjoy a nice dinner and explore the city, or you want to choose the perfect restaurant for a date or date night. If you really want to pamper or impress someone, perhaps an upscale venue is the right choice. If that's the case, we now know where you can find the most expensive restaurant in the state.

Popular food magazine Love Food has discovered where you can find the absolute most expensive restaurant in every state. If you're looking to splurge on dinner, this is the place to be in the Bay State.

Where is the most expensive restaurant in Massachusetts?

If you're expecting a hefty bill at the end of the evening, look no further than this special restaurant in Boston (as you may have guessed). This Japanese restaurant appears to be a luxurious place known as O Ya.

As you can see in the social media posts above, this seems to be the favorite Boston spot for A-list couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. So it must be pretty amazing if Deadpool and Serena van der Woodsen both love it, right? Maybe, but it also comes at a price. Here's what Love Food had to say about this most expensive restaurant in Massachusetts:

The Japanese art of omakase—where guests leave their menu choices to the chef—is executed to elegant perfection at this wildly popular Boston restaurant. For $295, guests are served 20 delicious works of art, including unique nigiri, sashimi and various cooked dishes. You never know exactly what you're going to get, but expect unique treats like the A5 Wagyu Tartar Hand Rolls, Kona Abalone with Yuzu, and Foie Gras Nigiri. Of course, the experience doesn't come cheap and the drink pairing costs another $160.

That's quite a bill for a dinner. Of course, if you have the money, you'll be willing to treat yourself to an evening there sometime. I mean, it looks pretty amazing, to say the least.

The restaurant is open for reservations Tuesday through Saturday at 9 East Street in Boston. They also explain what you can expect from their menu at the link provided here. Have fun, Massachusetts! And make sure your bank account is prepared for an evening there.
