The Epic Universe Preview Center opens in June

Universal Orlando has confirmed that it will open a preview center for its Epic Universe theme park at Universal CityWalk sometime in June.

Visitors will be able to see a model showing the entire attraction, and it will use augmented reality to bring elements of Epic to life on mobile devices, according to a press release from Universal. There will also be photo backdrops and Epic merchandise for sale.

The Preview Center will be housed in the former Universal Legacy Store, a building located between the Bigfire and Vivo restaurants on the lower level of the shopping and entertainment complex. That store closed in January, the same month the Preview Center was announced to open this year.

Epic is scheduled to open in summer 2025. Universal has identified all the lands and some attractions for its third theme park in Orlando, which will be accompanied by three resort hotels.

Universal: Donkey Kong and Mario will populate Epic’s Super Nintendo World

Epic's lands include Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Dark Universe (with classic monsters), and Celestial Park, a hub to other lands with a dueling roller coaster called Starfall Racers and their Constellation Carousel.
