INDIANA POLICE CHARGE TWO JUVENILES, WOMAN WITH TRESPASS

Indiana Borough Police have charged two juveniles and a woman for trespassing in an incident earlier this month.

Police say they were called out at 1:45 in the afternoon on June 6th to a home in the 300 block of South 4th Street per a request from the homeowner regarding people at the home that were not allowed to be there.  Police found that 42-year-old Theresa Dimmack and two unnamed juveniles had broken into the house.

All three were charged with criminal trespass, while Dimmack was also charged with corruption of minors.  She is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on July 3rd.
