A Trenton home that sold for $785,000 topped the list of most expensive residential sales in the Hamilton area last week.

In total, nine residential property sales were recorded in the area last week with an average price of $438,333. The average price per square foot was $262.

The prices in the list below are for property sales where the title was registered during the week of June 10, although the property may have sold earlier.
