TUCSON, AZ (May 28, 2024) – The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl, presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop, today announced that they are committing to partner with select brands to create a Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) program that will compensate student-athletes associated with teams invited to the bowl. This commitment is the first of its kind at an NCAA bowl game and represents another “first” for the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl, presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop. The bowl made headlines earlier this month for becoming the first bowl to partner with an alcohol brand as a presenting sponsor.

“Introducing NIL opportunities for the student-athletes of the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl presented by Gin & Juice by Dre and Snoop is the next evolution in college sports and we wanted to lead by example,” said Snoop Dogg. He continued, “We can't wait to give our players the opportunity to serve the Tucson community during bowl week while using their name, image and likeness to legitimately earn money for themselves and their families.”

The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl will be played on December 28th at 4:30 p.m. EST at Arizona Stadium on the campus of the University of Arizona.
